[Added][Feature Request] Countdown for Curse of the Witch

I would like a fade countdown for Lady Hatecoil's Curse of the Witch similar to Nythendra's Volatile Rot, e.g.,

Vamalo yells "Curse of the Witch fading in 3 seconds"
Vamalo yells "Curse of the Witch fading in 2 seconds"
Vamalo yells "Curse of the Witch fading in 1 second"
